Offline | Jim, not usually a big fan of BRG but yours looks very nice and the interior compliments it perfectly. |

Offline | I love those R108's. I would love to see a set in white as well! How much did they set you back (if you don't mind me asking!?)? How come there isn't the option to get them factory fitted? |

Offline | Saw some pics of TV shows in the Mini's on the NAV. What's up with that? You can watch TV! I thought it was just for direction/music. Also, does the DVD player play MP3's. You can put 500 songs on a DVD and the DVD player works. Or does the basic stereo play DVD's too?Mine is on order, just wondering if not to change a few options. Thanks DyeLooper Last edited by DyeLooper : Jan 12th, 2007 at 05:24 AM. Reason: Add line of text |

Offline | Right Guys, As of 4:30pm today, I am the proud owner of an all DS MCS !! The dealer rang me this morning and asked me if I could do him a favour and pick up the S early. I thought about it for about a nanosecond and bit his arm off ! What can I say - fantastic car. It looks the nuts (in the dark anyway) the driving lamps are so much better than the ones on my R53. All ipod'ed up - not tried it yet myself (forgot my ipod Doh! ) but the dealer tried his, and it was great. I've tried mine now and it is good!So much smoother to drive than the R53, even my pet hate of an uneven road now feels more than comfortable. I used to wear a gumshield when driving down there in my R53. The steering is very positive, feels strange compared to the R53 - but in a good way. Interestingly, my dealer told me to go enjoy it and have fun. I said not at under 4500rpm I won't. He said that that figure was being very cautious, and as long as I wasn't red lining it, it would be fine. Anyway i will be sticking to under 4500rpm just to be on the safe side I will post some pic's tomorrow. It is being treated tomorrow so I can take some pictures without worrying about the weather! PS. The sat nav looks the danglies in the dark. The halo effect on the chrome surround is so cool. I love the way all the personal car settings can all be set using tick boxes on the sat nav menu too. |
