tomorrow its the day! shall take some before and after hight measurements and pictures according the TUV papers it shoud be 35mm lower

so springs are mounted, looks great, not to low, and driving is better now not stiffer then with oem springs, took some before and after pictures, i will post then soon

i think it will be a little bit lower after some miles

Holy crap that sits about an inch higher than a stock R53!!!!!

Lower it another 30mm and then it's officially slammed.

Does look a bit odd, almost as if it still needs lowering I think another 10mm would see it right but at the moment it still looks too high.

I agree the difference is subtle, it certainly would look better a bit lower. How it sits with the H&R's is how it should've been from the factory.

yes your right, but after a 100 miles drive on the bumpy roads in holland its a little bit lower now, ut i think lower is not possible because the exhaustpipe is going below the engine now, so you have at least 3 cm less space then the R53, the lip on the front is now only 4cm from the ground !!!!!!!

There is a big notch in the oil pan for the downpipe to go over the subframe. Ground clearance shouldn't be a major problem, as the front spoiler, then the subframe, will bottom out on the ground first.

Lower is always possible, it just may be more difficult than the R53.

--->hein: how's the handling balance with the H&R's? More or less understeer?
