Well I should be able to pick my MCS up on Friday. Really looking forward to it. Its a huge change from the 3.2 A3 I currently have. I am used to driving a Mini as 'er indoors has a Cooper.
I'll let you know first impressions.

Laser Blue, White roof and mirror caps, chilli pack, interior and exterior chrome line , multi function wheel, interior light pack, auto AC, 17" antracite wheels, etc etc ......

Well it should be Friday (tomorrow) booked the day off work, sorted the insurance, BUT the car still hasnt turned up .............. apparently its in transit. Seems to have been in transit for quite a few days. If its not this week it will have to be next friday. What a bummer.

Just called the Stealer, car has arrived this morning, so its still on for tomorrow. Plan to spend the whole of Sat and Sun applying Zymol (never use polish). have asked them not to polish it.

Is there any info as to how to post pictures? Needs to be in fairly basic terms.

you can also add pictures to threads by: "Go Advanced" insted of "post quick reply", then clicking the paperclip icon and upload a pic there (must be under 125kb and 800x600 pixels)

Thanks for the info. I'll try and put some pictures in. I have one pretty poor pic taken in the garage. Need something a little better. Spent the whole day preparing it and then using Zymol glaze. Looks stuuning. I am so pleased with it. So far have only driven it from the dealers. Planning on a day out in it tomorrow, put some miles on it.
its very smooth and has quite a good ride for sports suspension with 17"'s. Looks gorgeous.....
So different compared with the wifes Cooper

Congrats and nice car Steeve! - those are the wheels that I would have myself if I went for either the Laser Blue or Black which were my alternative choices.
