Offline | Impulse buy Lightning Blue Cooper S After much deliberation about better MPG, having a hard top and the ability to carry my mountain bike I have finally ordered a new R56 Cooper S in Lightning Blue and White. I walked into my local dealer at 17.50 saw the car which was a cancelled order, put a deposit down of £1000 and left at 18.10. Pick it up Friday!!! I had been at the Exeter dealers deciding if to buy one of their 3 stock cars or order for March but could not decide. The Yeovil car ticked all the right boxes so I bought it. Spec: Cooper S Chilli pack Lightning Blue metallic White roof and mirror caps 17" Crown Spokes Pacific Blue cloth/leather Pacific Blue Colour Line White bonnet stripes Multifunction steering wheel Heated mirrors and washer jets Rain sensor and lights on Darkened rear glass Park Distance Control Total £19075 trade in for the Cooper S convertible £17300. Sorted!! ![]() Last edited by Griffer : Jan 15th, 2007 at 07:46 PM. |

Offline | I always impulse buy my cars. I had no problems fitting two mountain bikes in the back of my Cooper and Coopers S without moving the seats forward. Also managed to fit in all the equipment I needed for weekend in the lakes with them too! As long as you are smart about how you pack it all in you shouldnt have a problem. |
