My car is scheduled for production W/C 22/01/07 so I was wondering how long before it should be at the dealers. As I am waiting for March 1st it's really just out of curiosity

or maybe frustration

Any ideas or bets on how long before I get the "come & see it" call

I'm in a similar position. Mine was due to be built last week but I'm also waiting for 1st March pick-up. Wonder when I'll be able to go and see it?

UK cars are usually at the dealers a week to ten days after they are built so, depending on what day it is built, they should see it next week or, at the latest, the week after.

Thanks for the info and thats pretty quick from finish to arrival at dealers front door

Iam sorry but why order auto air con, as well as a sun roof in my opion it defeats the object of having air con, your spending 600 on a sunroof and then 230 on air con why ?

I ordered auto air because all the test reports I had read criticised the fiddly air con controls so I figured for £230 I won't have to fiddle too much.

You are right though especially as I have the sunroof open every single day it's not raining and when it's raining I have it venting so my use of air con auto or manual is not very often at all

I'm fed up of the wait! Placed my order back in November but decided I wanted to wait for March for various reasons (personal finances, waiting for initial niggles to hopefully be solved, 07 number plate). 37 days and counting!!

Snap on initial niggles and 07 plate but I am pretty sure to avoid niggles one would have had to wait at least 6 months if not even longer

As my previous MCS went back to the lease company last July! the next 5 weeks is going to actually be the end of a very long miniless tunnel for me

I agree I probably should have waited a lot more than 6 months to avoid niggles, but I just couldn't wait that long!

Like a little kid on Christmas morning!!

I think I might just go to bed tonight and hope I don't wake up until March!!!

Nice spec! Love laser blue/white but my current MCS is electric blue/white so I just felt I wanted a change! Wish my budget would stretch towards the aero kit.

May have to add it later when I've saved a bit of money!

We had a call from the dealer when the car was built (that was two Mondays ago) and by the followin Monday, the car was at the dealership. Car was with us by last Wednesday

I'm waiting to collect mine on the 1st March. I don't know when it goes into production but I ordered it on the 4th January and the dealer has told me it will be with them on the 19th February.
