I like it, but not as much as white with the laser blue. With lightning I think it would look better, or BRG, yellow, Red etc, but I don't think the lighter blue shades go quite as well with the black roof as others.

Black roof looks better for me every time. Especially if you aren't going for an aero kit as it gives a good two-tone effect with the wheel arches and sills.

..yes that was my thinking too. Ours will be laser blue+ black roof/mirrors & standard body kit.

I think all the options are great.

There are just varying degrees to it. I think it depends on the overall look that you are trying to achieve.

I think the black top has got two pluses to it over the white.
1) It makes the car look a bit more "aggressive" or sporty. Where as the white top makes the exterior seem a bit lighter or fresher, dare I say more "approachable".

2) I also think that if you were to go for the sunroof option but still wanted the roof to "blend" you will be better off ordering the black roof as it would show off less with the black surrounds and the darkened glass.

Now having said all this I have ordered a Laser Blue with white roof and a sunroof!

I just felt that it suited the overall look that I wanted (with the white Sport Stripes on the bonnet) better!

I also find the matt black a pain in the backside to look after/keep fresh.

I am currently thinking of 2 black stripes (with a thin silver outline) in the middle of the bonnet (sort of dodge viper style). Sort of like this (only more closely together towards the middle):
