Offline | looks great! how much did you pay for the white tailights? My unit will come with the amber ones and i would like to change them ![]() anyone know if it's possible to have web spokes in white? I know it won't look good but i'm just curious if it's possible and what it would look like. |

Offline | I have the same colours as Mini_Moto with the web spokes in white. Never thought to take a piccy tho - I'll get the camera out for you later today. One little thing. Unless you are an avid car cleaner (I'm not; too much work and kids rule!) I'd think twice - after half an hour driving they're no longer white..... |

Offline | Thanks!! The car is standard UK spec (build week 7), so I expect that all UK spec have those lights. S Spokes?? I had them on the old faithful R32, just fancied a change. As for the cleaning of the Flames, yes, they're hand slashers, but the old spokes were too, if you did half a decent job on them. These do get dirtier quicker, but on the plus side, I don't think the bodywork does. My take on it is, If you don't want to spend ages cleaning your car, buy something else - MINI's love dirt, and look nothing special when dirty, but a clean one looks cool and will always having the kids going WOW (and all kids know what's a cool car and what isn't - remember Top Trumps )Last edited by mini_moto : Mar 13th, 2007 at 05:02 PM. |
