So far, I am liking black, red, and lightening blue. IMO, laser blue will be a cop bait even though I like that color also.
It will be exclusively for me but my wife likes red. I have looked thru pages and pages of gallery photos but I am still not convinced by one color combo. Is anyone willing to show real life photos of what you like the best and help me decide?

My wife wants me to lease instead of purchase(finance) because she thinks I will want a different car after few years. I cannot say I won't. The longest I have owned a car was 4 years. Would I save money by leasing? I am sure I won't go over the 10000mile/yr limit because my commute is only 30 miles/day and I have a daily driver.

What would you do if you know you'll want a new car in 3 years?

I probably will, the longest I ever had a car for was 15 months (my 2003 Cooper)! When I want to change I just trade it in for whatever I fancy next. I would never lease a car, it's dead money. Surely you'd be better buying one and selling it on when you want to change it?

I'd go for lightening blue out of the two. Strangely enough I've just taken delivery of a DS/White R56, so perhaps I'm being a hypocrit!?!

I am leaning toward blue/white but also starting to think black/black is the only safe color for me.... I don' t speed all the time but I feel I will be more vulnerable when it comes to mixing in with the crowd on the freeway. Cops will notice me more. Maybe I should start another poll on tickets by color..

Chili Red with White Roof and bonnet stripes

thought about the black roof and bonnet stripes (with all those beautiful promo pictures) but the rear spoiler is not pronounce enough with the black roof. And the white roof pays tribute to the original mini (British) heritage.

Chili Red/Black is the most racy/aggressive combo in the poll, so I voted for that. Blue/White tends to embrace a cartoon-look [which can be awesome if played right]. All Astro Black is the color of my R56; it scorches in the sun but looks very classy and purposeful.

I don't think you'll be able to avoid the cops based on color; it's a MINI; they notice it anyway!

Just ordered MCS Chilli Red White roof and Bonnet stripes heritage, but still love they new Laser Blue stunning but worried i may get fed up of it as i did with the old cooper s that's just my personal opinion
