Hi,
Picked up my new MINI yesterday, only done 90 miles so far but am very impressed

To start with it felt bigger than my old S (well that would be because it is

) however after a few miles under my belt it felt like an old friend.

Steering is light but with good feel and there is a noticable difference once the sports button is pressed - deff' tighter steering and more respnsive throttle. Coming home (about 80 miles) on M3/M27 and through the New Forest I averaged 37mpg.....was not expecting that seeing it only had 2 miles on clock when i picked it up and am running it in.

Glad I went for Lightening bue and black vipers as it ties in well with the tinted rear/side windows and that black front grill, understated (compared to say haing white stripes) but still got a lot of looks on way home. The DAB & HiFi is fab, and could feel te LSD pulling me out of a few of the bends in the forest.

Shedend is one lucky guy that is some spec hope it's going good first one ive seen with viper's with that colour very nice

Looks awesome mate, the vipers work really well, the aero kit really makes the R56 look agressive and beefy

Have you got any mods in the pipeline? Or are you just going to enjoy the car as it is for the time being?

Enjoy as is at the moment......only done 500 miles so far

First plan was for some black or rims......but need to save the pennies

then might have a look at GTT bits when they come out or different exhaust system
