I'm wondering if it's possible to keep the top grill opening chrome trimmed if one was to purchase the aero kit front bumper?

I've seen everyone lose the chrome surround when they've fitted the new bumper but I wonder what, if possible, it would look like not totally black. The bottom opening is not an issue.
