Here she is fresh from being unloaded. Exciting is not the word!

She's now off to go and have all her JCW bodykit and bits fitted!

I presume it looks 'jacked up' because there are some sort of transportation bump stops in place that need to be removed?

Looks like Wellsway mini ? If so check the general fitting and the paint finish on the aero kit , had more than a few issues with ours from them.

By the way cracking car enjoy it

Yep, streets ahead of Dick Lovett when it comes to customer service. I've not heard a bad word against them to be honest, what do I need to be aware of?

Wellsway ordered the kit pre-painted from the factory, so all they will be doing is fitting it. )

First of all they ordered the wrong rear bumper, then when the right one arrived it looked like they dragged it across the car park and then painted it, so then after paint for a second time they lost a piece finally got it sorted on the 5th visit.

Then after all this i noticed a small outward facing dent on the passenger door plus the wether beading on the inside of the same door was missing near the top inside edge. All this resulting in another 3 trips back to them and a complete new door.

Don't worry too much this was the second new car we bought from them, the first one was perfect. Who are you dealing with Gerry or Claire ?

Well i think she has worked out that I'm not going to be taking any crap from her or the dealership, so I'm banking on it all going smoothly.

One thing's for sure they are a billion times better than the chimpanzes at Dick Lovett.

Too true Wellsway offered us £2000 more for our trade in than ******** Lovett and thats after we spent over £60000 on 2 cars in the previous year with them. so much for customer loyalty then. Mind you this was a few months after they opened their new showroom so i suppose its only fair i should pay towards the building cost .

Well the finance is sorted and so is the insurance, the car was ready on Tuesday - if it wasn't for damn work she would be in my hands now. This week has gone so slowly, but just 2 more sleepless nights to go!

Picked her up first thing this morning from Bath in the dismal drizzle. It's been throwing it down all day but I tried not to let it put a damper on things, and it didn't - the car is a little pocket rocket wanting to pull and pull, and that's not even run in yet (must keep an easy right foot!)! The LSD got a PROPER work out in the rain and damp conditions, and without a doubt it was worth every penny of an option! Due to the rain though I haven't had a chance to play with it properly, but first signs are good and I'm looking forward to going out for a play when the weather clears up a bit. Still got that grin!

Having had a chance to spend some time looking at it I think I am most def going to go for some 18" black wheels with polished rims.

I've had no chance to take any decent pics yet, but here's a couple I have taken with my phone. The front taken at the dealer and the rear taken when I got home parked up.

If it ever stops raining and the sun comes out I'll take some half decent pics!

Looks fantastic Kev, hope the weather is better tomorrow for you or @ least dry, the LSD option is one Mini option that is fantastic value and why i recommend it so highly

Get some wax on it and go for a real blast..................

What do you think of the Hi Fi upgrade? if i am honest the standard rear speakers are dire and it is the only option i regret not adding!!!

Brilliant mate (sorry, prob not what you wanted to hear)- seems to be distortion free even when it's cranked right up. Worth every penny IMO.

You're telling me! I gave her a quick clean today, and after one day she was filthy! It's going to take a lot of comitment!
