Offline | Their asking 22 for it in Cardiff......i am very tempted simply because i wont get the spec i have now fallen in love with at that price. It isn't mentioned as having an armrest, but with bluetooth, do you get it anyway? |

Offline | Sounds like a nice car, but it has some options that are a waste of money for me, but hey thats personal. Plus I wouldn't want to own an ex demo, it'll have 4k very very hard miles of short trips on it. Would you mind posting how much your S has depreciated and how old it is please? Would be very interesting to see what they are worth. Mine is coming up to a year old now, still, not sure I'd be thinking of changing and loosing a shed load of cash. |

| The Second Coming........ | I bought my R56 MCS as an ex demo with 5000 miles on the clock, i haven't had one single problem with it. It was great to be able to drive it hard from the get go, and not have to wait to run it in. Also i got an amazing spec, for a seriously knocked down price. As far as i am concerned, there is no reason to not buy ex demo's. ![]() |

Offline | My next MINI will be an ex-demo or nearly new. I think the R56 needs the JCW kit and good wheels to look half decent but that takes the price well over 20k which is just too much. Got my eye on some nice Pepper white ex-demos at a few dealers. |

Offline | Well i went to pick up this little beauty today and it turned out to be a beast!! ![]() 1) Harold Wood had lied to Sytner about the mileage, over 3k more than they'd said 2) Scratches on sills something awful 3) Huge scrape on back bumper right across to black wheel arch 4)Interior trim scratched badly 5)Reported bluetooth turned out to be a Parrot stuck on it and that was scratched to bits So gutted but i held ground and said i didnt want it. Thing is, shouldnt Sytner in Cardiff's bodyshop have picked up on these bloody problems before presenting it to me?!! I felt sorry for their salesman he was shocked too but come on bodyshop they did a slap dash job on spotting things. Got a brand new astro black on its way to me now hopefully before xmas ![]() Oh and my plate was on this car and now their confused about what to do with it and how to put it on my new car. Their going to have to do a cherished transfer, which I am not paying for they can go mooo for that. |
