Offline | Typo in lb-ft torque for base 2007 Mini Cooper? In the detailed official press release article it states that the base 2007 Mini Cooper develops "maximum output of 88 kW / 120 hp at 6,000 rpm and peak torque of 160 Nm / 188 lb-ft at 4,250 rpm" IThat must be wrong, given that the 2007 Cooper S will produce "[m]aximum torque of 240 Nm or 177 lb-ft [...] at just 1,600 rpm, [with] maximum output [of] 128 kW / 175 hp at 5,500 rpm". I'm thinking the torque for the base Cooper should be "160 Nm / 118 lb-ft", correct? -gl |
