| MINI2 Regular | R56 resllers and waiting lists Just wondered how long it will be before an r56 goes up on Ebay or somewhere else from a private seller! It will be intresting to see what people will pay. Des anybody know someone who has this in mind? Also what is current wait on an R56? It will be intresting to know how many orders are placed this weekend. Those in the know please tell next week! |

Offline | I can't see people paying a premium for an R56. It's not so different from the current car that most people will say "I've just got to have one of those" . I don't think the delivery times will be very long, maybe 2 or 3 months. I'm probably wrong but I can't see R56s trading at a premum. |

Offline | I can't see It happening; Not when people can quite happily go to their dealer and order one themselves to thier personal specification and have It delivered 8-12 Weeks later* (*don't know the exact delivery times; but I know they aren't that long) Plus most people have Finance and Part-Exchanges to arrange; which can't be offered by a private seller. Offline | Plus the starting R56s are limited to what options they can have and what colours. Like all the R56s coming now for the launch will not have the additional storage option. I think I'd rather have the wait to get the options I want and the colours I want. |

Offline | Completely agree with Laura.....I ordered my car in mid September and will get the car in late January with storage pack as I wanted...(thats why I ordered it in the first place!) ....not very long to wait but to exact spec. Think most will have the same view unless its a company car or an urgent need to change. Worth the wait....(I hope SO! ) |
