Offline | Comes as standard with a plain black plug. The debate did the rounds in September as misleading info. Smokers pack just adds a lighter and (Coin Holder) ash tray for £0. So went that route BUT ALL cars have 12v despite rumours to contrary back at launch. |

Offline | It's infront of the gearstick, just between the two cupholders. I think manufacturers need to start putting power points in better positions to aid portable devices such as SatNavs and mobile phones. Having a cable dangling over the dash is impractical... ![]() MINI, RX8 and MX5 - Done those............. It's now TTime ![]() ![]() Unofficial MINI2.com bean counter |

Offline | It's worth getting the smoker pack, if only for the ashtray which you can use to keep your coins in for the parking meters etc Laser Blue / Black MCS - Arived March 07 |

| Amiga 500 to PS3 20 Years | I agree who's going to be the first to add a power point on top on the dash or even better an opening you can drop a cable through, perhaps into the glove box, where there is a power point. This will tidy the cable away then. ![]() It was acceptable in the 80's |
