Offline | Color? Options? First mini ever? Congrats! I was wondering about the comfort access, but our mini was chosen with a budget. I do wish we had the dimming rear-view mirror, that does come in handy. |

![]() Extra 3 Inches | It's not. Although it is physically possible to lock the car from the outside whilst the key is still in the car, the sensors pick up on the fact that it is still within range, and unlocks it again. The only danger is if you lock the car and walk away without realising you don't have the key on you, as you would then be leaving it not only unlocked but also able to be driven away! ![]() |

Offline | Carole, That looks lovely. You are going to love your new car. You will also enjoy the comfort access. Although you could live without it now, once you get used to it, you'd be hard pressed to get another car that doesn't offer it. I've had my car a month and it's so much easier not having to fish for the keys everytime I get in. The sport seats are very comfortable and I'm very pleased with the cloth covering. The checkered pattern is very subtle, but I like it, too. |
