I ordered a new Cooper this morning! Mellow Yellow/Black,spoiler, pepper pack, yellow colourline, sport seats, sport button, space saver wheel, bi-xenons (can't wait - it'll make a change to be able to see in the dark!) - think that's it. I'll feel sad when my PW/B goes though!

Haven't got a firm time - it came up as 1st week in October, but sales chap reckons it will be quicker than that. Hope he's right! Hopefully they'll give me a call in a few days and let me know.

I've done it too and made the plunge today! Enough configurbation, it was time to pull the trigger. I decided Pepper White was the color for me. But here's an interesting thing. The production number they gave me comes up as Chili Red with bonnet stripes in the owner's lounge! In fact all the options are wrong and it's obviously not my car. What's up with that?

OK, all is well. The lounge info has finally been updated. Now the wait to production. Is it better to look in the lounge to see when it will start or check in with askmini?

I think the beauty of the Mini is that all the colors look great, it's just up to the personality of the driver which one fits them best. I guess I fit pepper white.

I just found that my VIN# has been posted! This is going much faster than I had expected (not complaining).
