Mini One Auto Due June - Should I Delay?

I ordered my R56 Mini One Auto in April for mid June build.

Not spoken to my dealer yet, so not sue if I can delay, but just wondered what people thought here. I am keen to get the car for summer so unless I will be missing out on a big improvement I think I will still go ahead with the June delivery.

From my understanding the Stop/Start is only on the manuals so it will just be the regenerative breaking makeing the difference in fuel econemy.

I have just done the maths on the fuel econemy figures for a June build and an August build and for the Mini One Auto there is not a lot of difference (assuming my maths is correct (1l/km = 282.480936332mpg).

The Exta-Urban is the same (56.5) and the combined is only 1.3mpg better on the august build.

The reduction in CO2 is nice, but it won't save any money as it does not change the tax banding.

So that just leaves the extra equipment. The USB would be nice but not a deal breaker as there is an aux, and as I have not spec'ed the muti-function steering wheel the cruise control is not a problem.

To be honest in the process of putting this thread together I have kind have convinced myself to go with the June build, but I would still appreciate any thoguhts and if I have missed anything please point it out.

Thanks

Personally I'd delay IF possible, as it's only a few weeks and if you're looking at holding on to it the "newer" model will be worth a little more and probably more to the point will be easier to shift to buyers "in the know".
