Nice car mate! I have just sold my s and going to miss it! Hopefully will be back in a mini one day! Ill have to try and get a go in mum and dads mini every now and again!

Nice R56! It's looking good Serby, particularly the side grilles, they look much better with the chrome strips on. Hopefully see you on the LMC run.

Yeah it was a choice between mini, or 172 and house! so i had to go for the latter, its not bad! miss the mini though!

After ringing around a fair few places I've been able to source some new alloy wheel bolts. Fingers crossed they'll be the right ones and will enable me to fit my black and chromies to the R56.. they should be arriving tomorrow

If you leave the left hand stalk in the headlights position, when you unlock the car the sidelights come on

but not the fogs.

Another thing I like on the R56 is the warning light in the top centre of the speedo for the front seatbelts... not that I've fastened and unfastened my seatbelt really quick and been amused by the light that goes on and off

My wheel bolts arrived yesterday!

I'll get some better pics taken either tonight or tomorrow... but for now here are two generic 'on the driveway' shots

i have been waiting with baited breath to se if you could get your old wheels on, saw your last car at donnington and thought it looked sweet then, but this looks sooooo much better, although i'd have to agree it needs slamming now . will no doubt see it in the flesh at some point.

Now means my new pics are out of date!!

i'll have to pop down again and block that road off, altho next time we won't be doind 90 mph down there and i won't be tryiong to over take you just incase that coppers there again

that and i've just got my new bolts!! fit a treat! altho went to undo my old locking bolts i cud do it witht the fitment on and just my fingers, they were soo loose didn't need spanner

oh and i cant do wed now for reccie am going to centre parcs for 4 nites

so i'll b back friday nite ready for monday!!
