Hi,

I am looking to buy a new mini one soon, so far i have decided that im going to get the pepper pack, chrome line exterior and interior. i was hoping someone could suggest what else they think i should get fitted? i.e. rain sensor with lights on(does this mean you can turn the lights on using remote key?), heated mirrors etc? anything that you feel is neccessary or is worth it

any help appreciated

Sports stearing wheel
16" wheels
Heated & Electric mirrors
Bi-Xeon head lights

all depends on how much you were looking at pending on one!

I would definetly try and get the

Pepper pack
16 or 17 inch alloys
bonnet stripes or viper stripes
white indicator lenses
chrome line interior
piano black or fluid silver dash
sports leather steering wheel
part leather seats.

But what colour were you thinking of getting, that may help a little bit.

If Astro Black, then probably piano black, and with chrome looks very classy.

But weve recently just sold a nice MINi One with the extras your thinking of, but with the white/black sports seats and white colourline and it looks gorgeous, so thats another possible idea.

Sorry i dont have any pics, i kinda made that sound like i owned the MINI, but i sell them.

I do sometimes see it driving around, so will try to get a pic.

And have you decided what youd like.

nooo i cant decide!! i think im going to go down to the showroom and try and find a mini with the piano black and chrome interior and one with the white colour line. im just worried that the doors might look a bit plain with the piano black?

Personally I think all black exterior with paino black might be a bit too black. I was really torn cos I love the piano black but felt that the fluid silver really lifts the interior. I'd strongly recommend the chrome line interior. I think it really makes the car feel more expensive, especially now the speedo is so dominat. Personally I'm not a fan of the white/cream colourline, and I think they only really work of you have the part leather to match. If you spec the leather though you're getting very close to the price of a Cooper.

I would go for DSC. Second hand buyers are just going to demand this 2/3 years down the line. There is currently a big push to make it standard on all new UK cars. More and more cars include it as standard too. Plus it could save your life, which could come in handy
