Pink One

MINI Cherished - MINI details

Whoa...

It looks like a dealer demo car (sticker in the back window) - Imagine the stick that a guy would get when driving this home

I think this has to be one of the girl-iest Minis I've ever seen - OK if your a girl and you like pink I suppose

What does everyone think?

I like it

Could it be a wrap in vinyl?? The original colour says Oxygen Blue, but normally when MINIs are sprayed in a different colour they start off Black

Seen It!!

OMG!, i saw that MINI today, its been moved to Halliwell Jones MINI Chester at 2 mills and is on show right on the way in, i had to go again today to see about going in to help out some time, and had a look at it on the way out, and from a distance it looks OK, but on closer inspection, were the bumper, roof and wheel arches meet, in beetween you can easily see the origional Oxygen Blue colour, and it looks terrible, considering its actually been respayed and thats how you would buy it, plus its mainly £15K.

Lovin MINI all the time!!!!!

The pink mini @ Halliwell Jones is covered in vinyl ( it can be removed )

I know this as I was offered it as a loan car a couple of months ago at there warrington branch.

I enquired about the colour and was told it was stickers!

I got told it was "a big sticker" - their words not mine. I wouldn't leave a toy MINI at Halliwell Jones in Warrington, I didn't have a nice dealling there .

Are you from Warrington KatyB? As I will keep an eye out for you

I live in Rainford near St Helens but I am in and out of warrington quite reqularly.

I also had major problems with Halliwell jones Warrington ( Long story but they ruined a week old BMW of mine a few years ago when it only went in for a minor fault !! scratched the whole car and managed to screw a screw from the inside through the outside of the bodywork )

That was how the whole mini thing started they lent me a brand new mini for weeks while they tryed to fix the car !

Another long story why I was back at warrington and saw the pink mini

Try Halliwell Jones at Southport I know Its a bit further but ive been dealing with them for years and never yet had a problem

Strange, so it's the same dealer but different sites. I wonder why one site is so good and the other so inept - you'd think they'd send over a few people from Southport to sort out Warrington and show them how things should be done!

Ah well, at least you've found somewhere good to go.

All the best,
Andrew.

I have started taking mine up to Derek Woodmans, it takes about 40 minutes but its worth it for piece of mind.

Halliwell Jones messed me about with a roof decal and claimed to show me a piece of paper over the phone. The service department are terrible!! What MINI do you have because I'll keep a lookout for you I've got a black one with a mini2 sticker under the brake light. I have pics in another thread
