| Lovin' my MINI | R56 Rear Sway bars?? It's time for me to upgrade my R56 Cooper S, and I want a rear sway bar. I know that there are a few people out there that are making them for the new generations. But I am sold on a certain model and the company says that they dont fit. Has anybody put on on their car yet? Has anybody tried to put on a 1st gen. on the 2nd gen MINI's? I need to spend some money, HELP!! hehe Scott. |

Offline | In the UK we call them Anti-Roll Bars. When you order a MCS you can specify either Standard or Sports Suspension. From what I have heard the only difference is SS has slightly thicker Anti-Roll Bars, hence more resistance to roll. You could ask your Dealer to get a pair from BMW Mini and just replace them. |

Offline | i just installed 19mm Alta rear sway/anti-roll bar, have it on the second setting and like dorkboy absolutely no problems and it really does make a difference! i installed it myself in about an hour with alta's rear endlinks as well... it's fantastic! 07' MCS |
