Talking of Peugeots, I've just had the displeasure of driving home in a 307CC 1.6 S

This car is without a doubt the most godawful bucket of spanners I have ever driven. Quite literally every interior surface rattles or squeaks, the gear stick appears to be in no way connected to, or even related to, the gearbox and either they forgot to fit brakes, or they fitted ones intended for a 1.0 107. Some very scary moments were had on the M50 finding that out!

The visibility is so poor that not actually fitting windows would not have made it any worse, and the parking sensors, whilst fitted, are not actually wired in!

Believe it or not the steering wheel flexes if any force at all is put on it (for example when driving through a bend) which makes the fact that it, like the gearstick, appears not to actually be connected to the related parts an extremely unpleasant thing to drive.

The only good thing about this ugly, noisy, uncomfortable monstrosity is that the woefully under-powered 1.6 engine struggles to even achieve the National Speed Limit, so no chance of getting (another ) speeding ticket...

Was fun driving home with the roof down though!
