well i don't mean to upset anyone with that statement, all i'm saying is that between driving the R50 One and the R50 Cooper, i could feel the difference when joining a duel carriage way. And when i picked my new One up i could not feel any difference when pulling away on a duel carriageway compared to my old Cooper. But that is my personal opinion. And probably the way i drive

We've been having the whole R50/R53/R56 debate on our site too and i personally think what we all have to remember is that we are all driving Minis. We all love our Minis and it's bought a wonderful community together. We all have different opinions and likes and dislikes and that's what makes the world interesting, it doesn't necessarily mean one is better than another.

We need to be careful otherwise we'll start to sound like those 'classic mini' owners who hate new Minis. We need to stick together!!
