Swift Cover are coming up as the cheapest insurance company for me at the mo...
Their website also states that any factory or dealer fit option need not be declared.
Their policy document
http://www.swiftcover.com/EN/Home/ca...icyWording.pdf
also states
that in the event of an accident they "will not pay for the additional cost of modifications other than those supplied and fitted by the manufacturer or their approved garage at the time of original registration" Does this not solve the declaring factory / dealer fit "mods" for those of us that specced highly (aero kit, wheels etc) in the showroom, only to regret listing the lot on insurance quotes? Seems to me that they insure everything if purchased when the car was manufactured and will pay to replace it if it all goes pear shaped! Anyone know any different / have any experience of Swift Cover?? Am I reading the policy correctly? I hope I am... Thanks, James
