So I sent an email to them asking that question as I'm looking into insuring my
MCS with the aero body kit from next month.... response was...
"We will cover the extras fitted to your vehicle as long as they were fitted to the car at the point of manufacture by BMW."
So that would suggest that any
JCW aero kits, different alloys, spot lights etc done by dealer would not be covered....and might cause issues if you had a claim? But wording quoted previously suggests otherwise ??
I might get round it as the Aero Body Kit will be fitted to my car at first registration... but suggests anything else later fitted would not be covered ?
I'm asking for further clarification...and will post what I get back..
