| Last year is when we found out that the Auto Road doesn't allow pets at the base during functions. We found out after we had sent the pet registration. The number of pets has grown from 3 the first year to (we had over 30 registrations last year). Louis and I brought Sherman and Newton last year but took them to the hotel after the morning activities (before the auto road) they were both a handful.
There's not a good answer with this one because I certainly don't condone locking dogs in a hot car but we have to abide by the rules that the Auto Road has set for us, we don't want to jeopardize having the event. Understand that these rules were not instituted because of us, these were in place before we came we just weren't aware of it.
