Well, I checked on mine after reading this thread and found one of the clear discs has come completly off, while the other was prety close. After cleaning off the rubber goo and prepping the area for a fix, I could see there was a tiny area on the driver's side that was rubbing on the paint, but hadn't gotten through it (only about a 2-3mm round scuff). Both my rubber feet seem OK.

Looking at the clear adhesive discs I've come to the conclusion that they're crap. Even replacement by the dealer is going to lead to the same result, sooooo... I decided to try somthing else: I grabbed a set of industrial streangth adhesive Velcro discs from my local hardware store, instead.

They're about 2 1/2 inches around and use a pretty strong 3M adhesive. I just used the soft, loop side, not the scratchy hook side and stuck them in place of the clear plastic ones. I positioned them a couple mm's up the side of the trough, where the paint was showing some wear, too. We'll see how they hold up over the next few weeks. Again, I can't help but think it's a better solution than re-applying the same clear plastic discs. Wee shall see.
