You know, I have thought about this myself. I don't want to stuff something up there that could fall when I am driving and is kind of ugly. I am not sure why MINI went with perforated mesh. I would think that it should be too hard to fit a piece of think vinyl or something in place of the mesh.
There has to be a way.
And before I get the whys and stuff... My wife has a slight allergy to the sun (mainly ears) and being able to totally block the overhead sun is useful. We just found out about this allergy and we already had the car. |
