| Some good and bad news on the noise front! Garage had a listen to it and its definitely not gearbox noise. They said if it was it would sort of follow the rev range in volume/pitch, and it would be noticeable in almost every gear, this is only noticeable in 1st and 2nd at around 4 - 5k revs. It does sound more like a rattle too.
So its been up on the ramp and the engine bay has been checked. All nuts tightened etc etc but they dont know what the noise is. Told me to see how it goes, if it gets any worse just tot ake it back to them.
Right.. now to get the PAS sorted! |
