You've got to consider your goals, and why you want to do what you want to do.

A "stealth One" would not be so any more if you tried to get a bigger/different engine in. plus it would cost HUGE amounts of money and require a great deal of modification (plus you'd be one of the first, so help will be limited and costs inflated).

You can, if you're mad enough, put an M3 engine in a MINI, but it looks far from stealthy with the body mods. You'd most likely be better off with an S, and tuning that up.
