I had exact same problem. took it in, and 4 days later its all re-painted and looks like new. I even got a replacement car during the 4 days. solid service.
I even had the hold in the exhaust problem like you, and that was fixed earlier this year: they replaced the whole part. again, solid service.
and like you.. even with the few issues I have had (some really annoying) I would not trade my GP for anything else. was a great purchase.
