I agree with GordonD. I haven't taken it back specifically for this reason, but I did mention it when it was in for other things.

The service guys checked for things like the recirc being on (but not lit), obvious leaks etc.. all to no avail. The fact that I haven't been able to leave the car with them when its been both cold and wet outside doesn't help any either. I'm certain they think I'm exaggerating.

It has to be to do with bringing moisture into the car. I really can't think of any other explanation.

And its really a grade A pain in the rear waiting for the frozen to defrost.
