Took the GP into Knights BMW/MINI in Stafford today (who I rate quite highly btw) for them to assess the flaking paint problem. Dealer took some photos & will be sending them to BMW to authorise a warranty claim; they agreed with me straight away that it needs to be rectified under warranty. Should be fixed in a few weeks time.
Incidentally, they said that mine is the 1st GP they'd seen with this problem (as well as the hole in the exhaust silencer/muffler problem)! |
