Took delivery of my S on Friday, and loving it

, but didn't get the MINI key ring with it. (The cable loop with the MINI logo attached to it)

I have called the dealer who informed me that this was a cost option but that as a special favour he would send one out to me.

Is this right? I thought this was standard, or am I being fobbed off with an excuse to cover up an oversight?
