| I have to say I am a little concerned about the way this "Record" is dominating proceedings as a follower of the John Cooper Challenge I have to say Who realy cares?
A few yeras ago there were two cars from Mini2 at Donnington and a handfull of other Minis dotted around. At Thruxton a few years back about 12 of us blagged a couple of laps at Lunchtime but now throw some lame record idea into the mix and people come out of the woodwork they didnt even give a decent discount 2 for 1 would have been be no use to me.
Just Chill out celebrate the fact you all had a nice day out saw some great racing and got to show off your Minis just wish I had the energy to make it on the day.
Hope to make it to Croft at the end of the Month
....and a word of warning if they try and repeat the stunt they pulled last year if you havent pre paid park up and walk away its not likely you will get on the track. You will be kept waiting though in the hope of a reserve place and will miss out on several races. |
