Well, we dont actually know how slow it is yet, as he has problems getting up the strip in one piece!

I launch at 1500rpm, like going off a set of traffic lights. Seems to work okay and is no harder on the car than daily driving. I also have the full set of engine and gearbox mounts and the damper. The damper wasnt much use for two other peoples cars with facelift MCS mounts, as they both bent the brackets in the first week. Personaly, I would suggest doing the job properly, and getting the full Proflex mounts.
