how quickly you launch doesent effect your end MPH, my quickest end mph i let the clutch bite and hammer it from there and my 60ft time was over 3 seconds! if you try and race the bloke beside you you can end up missing gears or damaging the motor thats why i just let the bloke go and race my own race, sometimes its good to have a bit of a race but when your gunning for a different prize (end mph) the lanuches dont really matter
