When i painted my side indicators i sand blasted them and they had a thin layer of copper plate then plastic underneath wish i hadn't now as it took ages to get the copper plate off
so in theory you could use metal polish but i would use normal paint polish to do it, the meguires metal polish brings the milltek like a good un
