I had a rattle there too - more of a buzzing sound around 2800 rpm caused by a vibration in the centre console. I took the left panel off (2screws in the footwell) and pulled the heater core out a little. It seemed to fit a bit loosely so I added some more foam rubber around the gasket. I haven't heard the buzzing since. |
