I had a good relationship with my dealership with my previous Cooper S, so I'm really disappointed. Are you expected to deal with that horrid noise until the 17th?

Sheri, we had the exact same problem with our sunroof blinds; when you accelerate the front one drops back and when you brake the back one slides forward. We had the front blind replaced by Eastern MINI in Edinburgh. They were supposed to do the rear one too, but for whatever reason they only did the front one. And that took THREE trips to get it done, so lost confidence in them to fix the rear one.

I'd suggest you get back to your dealer about replacing these blinds, because a replacement does seem to work. Knowing Craig's luck with his car though, he'll get it back and they will be as bad as ever.
