That's what I thought , We had a week in New Quay over Bank Holiday week and I thought great some beautiful Welsh roads to start running the car in but on the way there we got stuck in a lot of traffic. Still we went over Devils bridge and the was very enjoyable and the journey back home was much better hence going we were averaging 41 mpg and coming back we averaged 39mpg. Around town I'm getting about 31/33 mpg which is the same I used to get out of my MINI ONE.

I haven't found any of the R56 faults as of yet..touches wood...ooer

It's better put together ,it doesn't rattle, it goes like stink and I know some people mourn the loss of the harder suspension but for most of the driving I do it is a better compromise.
