The charger on the MINI is the Eaton 45 supercharger. As for a mm measure of the pulley I can't say but boost on a 15% reduction pulley weighs in at around the 15 psi mark i believe from the tests I have seen and boost guage readings in the past. Peaks of 20+ psi have been seen from -17% reduced pulleys some with +1 over sized cranks and some without. It is common for 17% or equivilant cars to peak over 18psi with ease (this is known even without guages because of the traction or DSC switching off at high boost)

Thats a lot of boost for a K series engines internals to stick. Even with a stock pulley the boost is probably going to be more than the internals of a 1.4-1.8 K series can stand. I should know I have blown 2 of them up!
