I'd advise a 15% reduced pulley with new belt, sparkplugs, hi flow panel filter (get a cold air intake if you don't mind the extra noise) and a manifold/sports cat/decat (only get manifold if you don't mind incresed noise)

If you fancy a better intercooler then I would say then get a 17% pulley not a 15%, unless drag racing then stick with 15%
