Nah my car has been 99.5% perfect since Jan 2007 the odd recall for bits and bobs BUT NO problems beyond that. Love the car and the finish is superb. I think I was lucky compared to some but not all R56 models are having problems. On the down side the croisants could be better at the dealers. Being a student I appreciate such freebies.
