Went in today with the flap to replace and BMW could not get it to stumble at 3000. I took it for a drive and it seems to have gone! No idea what was going on but whatever was happening has stopped and it runs smooth right through the rev range. Im a happy camper especially with the 20whp extra the custom unichip gave.
