Technically you can't have anything obscuring the windscreen area covered by your wipers when then wash (does that make sense?!) However, on the mini this is a bit daft as most of the windscreen is covered so even tax disc is illegal. Its your choice whether to put it on but it would fail MOT if in the way and if coppers or VOSA saw you they would bust you! |
