Hello and welcome to MINI2......
Fisrt off all you really need to know what causes premature ageing of cars paintwork and what causes them, so in this case you need to look at a good wash technique and there is a place called Detailing World that ill direct you to instead of me re-typing it all lol.
A good wash technique....
Good Washing Technique - Detailing World
doing this will hepl prolong your paints finish and prevent, swirls, scratches and marrying.
Ive got this guide hear that will help you long term....
As the car is brand spankers you want to look at keeping it that way before any swirls apear on there, so, applying a glaze, seal and wax will help do this and will make the car easier to wash each time
The glaze i use is Meguiars #7 Show Car Glaze, the Seal i use is Poorboys EX-P Sealent and the wax i use is Poorboys Nattys Blue Wax.
when people dont look after the car in the first place thats when youneed paint correction and the need of polishes and fillers.
And dont get mixed up like most people do,
A Polish Has abrasives in it and takes a minor amount of the clear coat (laquer) away each time to reduce scatches and swirls
A Wax is applied after a polish and adds protection to the cars paint.
All this can be read on the great place of Detailing world
Detailing World - A world for detailers by detailers.
