I had the same with some old Kevlar Pads a while ago.... noisy as hell even when bedded in. Are you sure they are bedded in? Have you done lots of braking for the last 500miles or so? often performance pads take much longer to bed in? Id try the braking pretty hard from 60mph to almost stopped and then again, drive for a minute to cool and then repeat again to see if that works.
