After many weeks of trying to find the creaking from my car under braking, my dealer has found the fault!
They told me it was the non standard rear greenstuff brake pads, on closer inspection they found it to be the rear brake caliper! The rubber seal had perished and dirt hadgot in the piston. Its was replaced last Friday for £261 all in and it the noise has gone!
Thankfully I requested for the dealer not to change the pads which they wanted to do and saved £110 on that! So watch out for rear brake calipers as the fault in not un known... and it can still get through its MOT...!
